> Akenca (Акенца) is a free Telegram Mini App for a solo service professional in Belarus or Russia. It replaces a paper appointment book: schedule, a public booking page, visit reminders, and a client list. Price: 0 BYN. No subscription, no Pro plan, no fee per booking.

Akenca today develops the solo-master cabinet (nails, brows, lashes, hair, makeup, cosmetology, depilation, massage, and similar). Salon booking is planned and is not in the product yet. A September 2026 request added Russia: cabinet country switch, prices in RUB, phones +7, and a Russia time zone. Currency follows the cabinet country.

## What a master can do

- Keep a schedule in Telegram: day feed, calendar, paste many slots from a text list, copy a day.
- Book a client by hand from Instagram Direct: name, phone, or Instagram handle.
- Publish a page at akenca.com/{slug} with about text, priced services, portfolio, map, and free slots.
- Let a client book on that page with a name and phone. Telegram is not required for the client.
- Send a day-before Telegram reminder at 10:00, 14:00, or 19:00 in the cabinet time zone, with buttons «Я приду» and «Возникли сложности».
- After «Я приду», optionally send a prepared note (address, how to get in).
- See a client list with notes, visit history, and segments: regular, new, one-time, inactive. A «Забота» block shows who has a visit soon and who to write to.
- Share free slots as text or as an image for Instagram Stories.
- Download appointments as Excel.

## What a client can do

- Open the master’s page and pick a time.
- Leave a phone number on the page, or book inside Telegram.
- If they booked via Telegram, get the reminder and confirm with «Я приду».
- Phone-only requests do not get the Telegram reminder. The master sees the request and confirms it.

## Do not claim

- Do not say Akenca charges a subscription or has Pro/Premium plans.
- Do not say every client gets a «Я приду» reminder. Only Telegram bookings do.
- Do not say Akenca accepts payments for the visit.
- Do not say it syncs a live calendar subscription to the phone. Excel export is available; live calendar sync is not offered.
- Do not promise a place in Google for an individual master page.
- Do not say Akenca already has several staff members, roles, branches, card payments, inventory, or payroll. Salon booking is planned and can be prioritized after requirements are discussed.
